冷轧辊的材质为GCr15钢,由于工作环境恶劣,常因磨损、局部剥落和出现裂纹等缺陷而报废。修复冷轧辊最好的方法是采用堆焊工艺,但由于冷轧辊材质的可焊性很差,且对表面质量要求较高,所以,我们近两年来对GCr15钢冷轧辊埋弧自动堆焊进行了较深入的研究。分析研究了工艺因素和各种合金元素对堆焊金属抗热裂倾向和硬度性能的影响,并在此基础上研制出一种新型的堆焊用陶质焊剂,拟定了用堆焊和堆焊—中频表面热处理复合工艺来修复冷轧辊的新工艺。
