说到内地房价贵,马上想到几年前和内地朋友聊起香港生活的情景。我说,大部分香港人一辈子都在为房子奔波,为银行打工,二三十年的房贷,为的就是那么一个小小的居所。当时内地的朋友流露出不敢相信、同时也非常同情的神色。没想到,短短几年的时间,内地的房地产市场快速发展,银行也推出了房屋贷款服务,因此,为银行打工也成为不少内地有房一族的生活写照。
