现在介招一种在铣床上加工球面的方法,用这种方法加工球面能够提高生产率。加工时所用的工具大部分都是铣床上的原有设备。工具的结构如图1所示。1是转盘,用螺钉2固定在铣床工作台上。万向接头3跟走刀齿轮上的轴连接,利用走刀齿轮的运动来带动转盘,以达到自动走刀的目的。4是三爪卡盘,用螺钉5固定在转盘1上。8是刀排,装在铣头7上,铣头7根据工件6的球面转过一定的角度。
