第19届全国会员代表大会于1992年11月15~17日在北京举行。浙江分会姚宁理事长等6人参加了会议。刘国杰、李焕娄、董善年、张楠森、吴蓬等10位专家在会上分别就药学各领域的现状与新进展作了综合性的学术报告。大会选举产生了93名理事,另有2 7个理事单位的27名理事及保留港澳台3名理事共1 23人组成第19届理事会,浙江分会倪慕慈当选为理事。新一届理事会选举产生了25名常务理事,周海钧为理事长,张鹤镛、嵇汝运、黄乔书、裘雪友为副理事长,蔡庆参为秘书长。
The 19th National Congress of the National People’s Congress was held in Beijing on November 15-17, 1992. Yao Ning, chairman of Zhejiang branch, 6 people attended the meeting. At the meeting, 10 experts including Liu Guojie, Li Huanlou, Dong Shannian, Zhang Nansen and Wu Peng made comprehensive academic reports on the current status and new progress in various fields of pharmacy. There were 93 members elected in the meeting, 27 members in 27 other units and 1 23 members in Hong Kong, Maucao and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to form the 19th council, and Zhejiang branch Mu Muci was elected as director. The new council elected 25 executive members, with Zhou Haijun as chairman, Zhang Hejian, Yu Ruyun, Huang Qiaoshu and Qiu Xueyou as vice-chairmen and Cai Qing as the secretary general.
