为推动科教兴市主体战略的实施,武进市政协就科技政策落实情况进行专题调研视察。武进自1989年确立科技兴县的发展战略,特别是1995年确定科教兴市以来,先后出台了多项政策措施,并取得显著成效。1993年被评为全国科技工作先进县(市),1995年进入全国科技综合实力百强县(市)前十强,到1998年末,科技进步对工农业的贡献份额分别达48.8%和53.2%。但随着经济的加快发展,在科技政策的落实上暴露出一些问题,有些单位还未真正把科教兴市战略放
In order to promote the implementation of the main strategy of revitalizing the city through science and education, Wujin CPPCC conducted a special investigation on the implementation of science and technology policies. Since 1989, Wujin established the development strategy of science and technology in Xingxian County. Since the establishment of the city through science and education in 1995, Wujin has successively promulgated many policy measures and achieved remarkable results. In 1993, it was named the national advanced county (city) of science and technology work. In 1995, it entered the top ten of the top 100 counties (cities) of national science and technology comprehensive strength. By the end of 1998, the contribution of scientific and technological progress to agriculture and industry reached 48.8% and 53.2% .
