同煤集团忻州窑矿针对综采一队新使用的转载机进行了全封闭装置设计。该设计是通过制作龙门抬高架,使封闭板及回转轴在过煤时不容易发生变形,并采用连杆机构使封闭板实现180。翻转,用液压千斤分别控制封闭板,避开输送机机头间隙,实现前、后分片封闭,使前、后封闭板封闭与采煤工艺同步,进而完全实现转载机全封闭。该设计装置2013年5月底已在综采一队8706工作面投入使用,自投入使用以来,封闭装置结构合理、性能
