选取许昌市新区已建成的农村新社区为研究对象,采用问卷调查和访谈的形式,从社区建设的基本情况、生活状况、存在的问题方面对农村新社区建设现状进行调查研究。研究发现,对社区集中居住满意的超过三分之二,不满意集中居住的约为三分之一。不满意部分大多来自社区服务较少、对困难群体的关怀欠缺、缺乏活动场地和公益设施,这些大约超过社区化管理后存在问题的一半,由于生活习惯一时难以改变,这些村民对社区化集中居住的认同感不高。
Taking the newly built rural communities in Xuchang New District as the research object, this paper investigates the status quo of new rural community construction in the form of questionnaires and interviews based on the basic conditions, living conditions and existing problems of the community construction. The study found that more than two-thirds were satisfied with the concentration of communities and about one-third were dissatisfied with concentrated residence. Most of them are dissatisfied with the service from the community, the lack of care for the disadvantaged groups, the lack of venues and facilities for public welfare. These problems are more than half of the problems after community-based management. Because living habits are difficult to change temporarily, these villagers live in concentrated communities The identity is not high.
