为深入研究铜钢板压印-粘接复合连接的静力学性能和失效机理,本文选取铜合金H62同种组合及与镀锌钢的异种组合进行单搭及T型试件压印-粘接复合连接,借助MTS材料试验机对试件进行拉伸-剪切试验及剥离试验,采用SEM扫描电镜对典型失效断口进行微观分析,分析试件的失效强度及失效模式,测试铜合金压印-粘接复合连接接头的静力学性能,结果表明:铜钢板压印-粘接复合连接的抗剪切强度远优于抗剥离强度,且其接头强度主要由粘接剂决定,失效模式取决于压印结构成型情况.H62-H62压印-粘接复合接头的抗剪切力强度均值为5 021.52 N,抗剥离强度均值为943.05 N,接头为拉脱失效伴随轻微擦伤;H62-镀锌钢压印-粘接复合接头的抗剪切强度为H62-H62接头的1.2倍,失效模式为颈部断裂;抗剥离强度为H62-H62接头的2.3倍,接头为“上板撕裂”失效.
In order to further study the static mechanical properties and failure mechanism of copper plate imprinting-bonding composite connection, this paper selected the same type of copper alloy H62 and galvanized steel heterogeneous combination of single-ride and T-type specimen imprinting - bonding composite The specimens were subjected to tensile-shear test and peel test by means of MTS material testing machine. The results show that the shear strength of copper plate embossed-bonded composite connection is much better than that of peel strength, and the strength of the joint is mainly determined by the adhesive, the failure mode depends on the imprinting H62-H62 imprinting-bonding composite joint shear strength average value of 5 021.52 N, the average peel strength of 943.05 N, the joint pull off failure with a slight abrasion; H62-galvanized steel pressure The shear strength of the printed-bonded composite joint was 1.2 times that of the H62-H62 joint, the failure mode was the neck fracture, the peel strength was 2.3 times that of the H62-H62 joint, and the joint was the “upper plate tear” failure .
