卢川是烤肉季厨师长、高级烹饪技师、副经理。他曾经凭借着两道创新菜“口袋凤筋”、“梅花三弄”夺得2005年全国清真烹饪技术大赛第三名;2006年的北京市技能大赛个人、团体特金奖。今年43岁的卢川在烤肉季工作已经有24年了。他从一个在家里吃现成饭的小青年,成长为厨师长;从知识分子家里,另类般地“脱颖而出”。按照家族给他兄弟和他设计的人生轨迹,应该是考高中,考大学。但现实是,他没有按照这个轨迹走自己的人生路,而是走了上服务技校,走进厨房
Lu Chuan is a barbecue chef, senior cooking technician, deputy manager. He won the 2005 third national halal cooking technology competition with two innovative dishes “Pouch Fengshen” and “Meihua Sannong”; and the 2006 Beijing Skills Competition individual and group special gold medal. Lu Chuan, 43, has been working in the barbecue season for 24 years. He grew up as a chef from a young man who was ready to eat at home, and stood out from the home of intellectuals.
