自1990年开展性病监测,两年发病报告119例,发病率51.95/10万,其中1991年发病率比1990年增加97.5%,平原地区(142.82/10万)较山区(18.9/10万)、沿海地区(23.5/10万)发病率高,以30～39岁年龄组发病率最高(206.33/10万),出生5天的新生儿患淋菌性结膜炎,从眼分泌物检出淋病双球菌职业人群以个体商业服务人员发病率最高达407.96/10万,且以男性居多,其次是渔民(201.61/10万)、工人(168.1/10万)等,病例均经检出淋球菌证实,性混乱是造成淋病上升的主要原因,应严厉取缔卖
