用碳酸钠吹氧法予处理含钒铁水同时脱除钒磷硫,低磷硫半钢氧气底吹转炉无渣炼钢半工业性联动试验,国内外首次进行。攀钢低硫含钒铁水经予处理后,得含3.55[C]%,0.011(P)%,0.013[S]%和0.067[V]%的优质半钢,甚至硫高达0.150%的含钒生铁也能获得[S]<0.028%的优质半钢;这种半钢在氧气底吹转炉内,不加任何造渣剂,仅脱碳调温,炼成优质碳素钢,成份、机械性能和钢中气体含量均符合部颁标准要求;所获含钒钠化渣,钒转化率大于99%,浸出率大于96%,可以不经细破和回转窑氧化钠化焙烧而直接提取精制五氧化二钒。本方法有可能成为大规模开发攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿,实现综合回收铁、钒和钛的更有效的新途径。
