目的综述干细胞niches(stem cell niches,SCNs)在心脏干细胞(cardiac stem cells,CSCs)稳态维持中的作用,并展望其应用前景。方法广泛查阅近十年来关于心脏SCNs(cardiac SCNs,CSCNs)的文献,分析其组成细胞、细胞外基质及分泌因子在CSCs稳态维持中的作用,并进行综述。结果研究表明,CSCNs能延缓CSCs老化,保护其不受外因损害,保持干性稳定,并提高纯净度和数量,但作用机制尚不完全清楚。结论 CSCNs在CSCs干性稳定的维持以及纯化、扩增方面具有良好应用前景,有待进一步深入研究。
Objective To summarize the role of stem cell niches (SCNs) in the homeostasis of cardiac stem cells (CSCs) and to explore their potential applications. Methods The literature of cardiac SCNs (CSCNs) in the past decade was extensively reviewed and the role of its constituent cells, extracellular matrix and secreted factors in the homeostasis of CSCs was analyzed and reviewed. The results show that CSCNs can delay the aging of CSCs, protect them from external damage, maintain dryness and stability, and improve the purity and quantity, but the mechanism of action is not fully understood. Conclusion CSCNs have good application prospect in the maintenance of CSCs stably and steadily, as well as in purification and amplification, which needs further study.
