贪污贿赂犯罪是困扰当今各国政府的主要社会问题之一 ,其实质是利用公共权力谋求私利。介绍了西方学者对此类腐败问题的研究 ,从宏观外界社会以及腐败分子微观个人因素等原因上对此现象作以分析。
Corruption and bribery crimes are one of the major social problems plaguing the governments of all countries. Their essence is to use public power to seek personal gain. The author introduced the western scholars’ research on this kind of corruption and analyzed the phenomenon from the macro external society and the micro individual factors of the corrupt elements.
