目的 观察Smac蛋白对c6胶质瘤细胞的影响.方法 以不同浓度(1.5×10-6~1.5×10-2)g/L作用于C6胶质瘤细胞24~72 h,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测细胞增殖抑制率,流式细胞术(FCM)检测细胞凋亡率和细胞周期的影响.结果 (1)Smac能以剂量和时间依赖方式抑制C6胶质瘤细胞的增殖,在终质量浓度为1.5×10-2g/L,72 h时抑制率达(57.13±1.41)%,24 h半数抑制浓度(IC50)为:1.34×10-2g/L,其差异具有统计学意义(P
