1 前言对于现代往复式发动机,气缸套扮演着极其重要而又复杂的角色。在温度、燃气压力和润滑条件急剧变化的情况下保持燃气密封的同时,缸套必须把一部分热负荷和机械负荷传递给机体。功率的不断提高,使得热负荷和机械负荷日益提高,而目前人们对洁净环境的渴望,又要求机油耗量日趋减少。苛刻的条件必然要强加于缸套等气缸各部件。根据这些要求,本文研究了气缸零部件的相互作用,并从目前产品要求的角度,简要阐述了缸套工艺发展的趋势,除使用寿命外,对产品的要求还有: a.散热良好;
1 Introduction For modern reciprocating engines, cylinder liners play an extremely important and complex role. While the gas seal is maintained while the temperature, gas pressure, and lubrication conditions are rapidly changing, the liner must transfer a portion of the thermal and mechanical loads to the body. The continuous improvement of the power makes the heat load and the mechanical load increase day by day. At present, the desire of the people for the clean environment also requires the reduction of the oil consumption. Harsh conditions must be imposed on the cylinders and other components of the cylinder. According to these requirements, this paper studies the interaction of cylinder components, and from the current product requirements point of view, briefly describes the development trend of cylinder liner technology, in addition to life, the product requirements are: a. Good heat dissipation;
