在新课标的教育计划下如何去培养学生的创新能力,尤其是在地理这门课程中,笔者认为需要做到如下几点:首先,就是教师的任课方式。若是需要培养学生的创新能力,那就不能拘泥于课本上的说文解字;其次,是要建立一个浓厚的学习氛围。一个良好的学习环境会带动学生进行有效的学习,这是必然的;再有就是可以借助于多媒体器材。他们会对视频、Flash、幻灯片等教学工具所讲述出来的知识更加感兴趣;教师与家长的沟通也很重要。教师与家长是学生成长道路上的两根标杆,去指引他们正确的前进方向。因此,教师与家长这两点的及时沟通很有必要。
How to cultivate students’ innovative ability under the new curriculum standard education program, especially in the course of geography, the author believes that the following points need to be done: First, the teacher’s way of teaching. If it is necessary to cultivate students’ innovative abilities, then it cannot be confined to the essays written in textbooks. Second, it is necessary to establish a strong learning atmosphere. A good learning environment will inspire students to learn effectively. This is inevitable. Then there is the use of multimedia equipment. They are more interested in the knowledge of video, Flash, slides and other teaching tools; communication between teachers and parents is also very important. Teachers and parents are two benchmarks for students’ growth and guide them in the right direction. Therefore, timely communication between teachers and parents is necessary.
