从儿童营养状况定义及评估、农村地区5岁以下儿童营养状况现状、影响因素以及改善措施四方面对我国农村地区5岁以下儿童营养状况的研究成果进行综述,研究中国农村地区儿童营养健康状况及其趋势、分析与营养状况有关的影响因素,明确政府相关部门可以采取的干预措施,以期能够为相关部门制订和完善农村儿童营养改善策略提供较为全面的科学依据和现实参考。
Based on the definition and assessment of children’s nutritional status, the nutritional status of children under 5 years old in rural areas, the influencing factors and the improvement measures, the author summarizes the research findings on the nutritional status of children under 5 in rural areas of China, and studies the nutritional status of children in rural areas in China. The trend analyzes the influencing factors related to nutrition status and clarifies the intervention measures that government departments can take so as to provide a more comprehensive scientific basis and realistic reference for relevant departments to formulate and improve rural children’s nutrition improvement strategies.
