1953年4月的一天,中国人民解放军哈尔滨军事工程学院院长陈赓带领一位身着苏联空军军服,胸前佩戴着列宁勋章、红旗勋章、红里勋章及多枚奖章的上校军官,来到中南海周总理的办公室门前轻轻地敲开了大门。 “这位就是刚从苏联回国的唐铎同志,今天来向总理报到,请总理指示!”陈赓恭恭敬敬地向周恩来同志作介绍。
One day in April 1953, Chen Xun, dean of the Harbin Institute of Military Engineering, People’s Liberation Army led a colonel officer dressed in Soviet Union air force uniform and wearing a Lenin’s Medal, Red Flag, Red Order and multiple medals on his chest to come to Zhongnanhai Prime Minister Zhou’s office gently knocked on the door. “This is Comrade Tang Duo who just returned from the Soviet Union, and he has to report to the Prime Minister today. He asked the Prime Minister to give instructions!” Chen Hong said with respect to Comrade Zhou Enlai.
