随着形势任务的不断发展变化,预备役基层党组织建设出现了许多新的情况和特点。对此,省军区系统各级党委要按照科学发展观的要求,加强预备役部队基层党组织建设,努力为推进预备役部队建设深入发展奠定坚实的基础。
With the continuous development and changes in the situation and tasks, many new situations and characteristics have emerged in the construction of reserve party grass-roots party organizations.
