怎样对我国黄土高原的严重水士流失进行有效地控制和治理,是世所瞩目的一个重大科研课题,80年代初,我国的一批科技工作者来到黄土高原水土流失最严重的陕北地区,选择了米脂县泉家沟进行了长达八年的“黄土高原峁状丘陵沟壑区土地利用模式及效益”的研究和试验。这个科研项目的主持人,便是陕西省农科院顾问、陕西省黄土高原治理研究所所长、研究员朱象三同志。 朱象三主持的这一科研项目,荣获了1987年陕西省科技成果一等奖和国家农牧渔业部科技进步二等奖。联合国粮农组织派出的专家组前来泉家沟考察后给予了这样的评价:“它对
