山东省莱西市电力公司为彻底改变农村电工在抄、核、收过程中出现的乱收费、乱加价问题,公司投资28万元为供电站配备了微机,并制定了具体实施办法:（一）供电站统一管理村抄表卡片,村电工实行同步换位抄表;（二）微机统一核算、制单;（三）电费单据、汇总表、张榜表由供电站审核盖章并交付各村管电小组进行收费。 这一办法实施一年来,已取得了显著的成效。全市农村电价每千瓦时下降了0.1元,每年可减轻农民负担150多万元,使全市农村电价控制在合理范围内。
