Objective: To study the effect of Apelin-13 on isolated rat pulmonary rings and its possible mechanism. To observe the effect of relaxing Apelin-13 on isolated pulmonary artery rings in chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension rats and normal rats. Methods: The isolated rat aortic rings were perfused with aorta. The effects of Apelin on the tension of isolated pulmonary aortic rings of rats pre-contracted by norepinephrine (NE)
