江苏省灌南中等专业学校借鉴企业的管理方式,营造企业化的学习环境,从“餐位”“寝位”“学位”“工位”4个方面全方位实施“8S”(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节约、学习)现场管理模式,使学生在潜移默化中将企业的用人标准内化为自己的职业认识、职业情感,逐步养成良好的职业精神和职业行为习惯,在遵守规章制度中体会企业员工所应具备的素养,促进校园制度文化和企业制度文化紧密结合。
