对人参五味子冲剂中的人参、五味子进行定性鉴别。用薄层色谱法鉴别人参;用柠檬酸与高锰酸钾、硫酸汞溶液的化学反应鉴别五味子。方法简易,重现性较好,有较强的专属性。
The ginseng and schisandra in the ginseng schisandra granules were qualitatively identified. Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify ginseng; Schisandra was identified by chemical reaction of citric acid with potassium permanganate and mercuric sulfate solution. The method is simple, has good reproducibility, and has strong specificity.
