为进一步加强社会保障体系建设,促进社会保险费的收缴和养老金的发放,山东省德州市委、市政府办公室制定了《关于社会保障工作实行部门工作责任制的意见》,明确了各有关部门的职责,具体分工如下: 劳动保障部门:主要负责社会保险制度改革方针政策的贯彻落实,制定符合我市实际情况的社会保险制度改革方案和发展计划。同时,负责社会保险费的征缴和各项保险待遇的发放工作。
