白僵蚕为蚕娥科昆虫家蚕娥(Bombyx mori.L.)的幼虫感染自僵菌[Beauveria bassiana(Bals)Vuill]而僵死的干燥全虫,为一常用中药。中医文献记载,白僵蚕具有祛风、解痉、化痰、散结的功用,临床上常用来和其它药物配伍治疗中风抽搐、小儿惊痫等症。据报道,内服白僵蚕丸可治疗糖尿病。细末陈醋调匀后涂之,还可治急性乳腺炎等。为发掘祖国医学这个伟大宝库,我们对白僵蚕的部分化学成份进行了初步分析。
