在国家文化体制改革的宏观背景下,广电行业正在发生着前所未有的变革,同时各大运营商面对用户的信息终端也在悄然的发生变化。针对纷繁复杂的各类应用,广电运营商必须向综合信息服务提供商的角色发生转变,需要一个综合的可扩展的灵活的信息服务平台来承载各类应用。本文介绍了综合信息服务平台的构想和建设思路,旨在抛砖引玉集思广益,共同为广电事业发展献计献策。
Under the macro background of the reform of the national cultural system, the broadcasting and television industry is undergoing unprecedented changes. At the same time, the information terminals faced by major operators face quietly changing. For a variety of complex applications, radio and television operators must change to the role of integrated information service provider needs an integrated and scalable flexible information service platform to carry various applications.
