国外研究报告氯丙咪嗪静脉滴注对重性抑郁症、强迫症起效迅速。国内已有生产氯丙咪嗪针剂,本研究的目的是比较国产与进口氯丙咪嗪静脉滴注对抑郁障碍和焦虑障碍的疗效和副反应。 方法 1.入组标准 1)符合ICD—10诊断标准中抑郁障碍和焦虑障碍诊断的1995年2月至1996年1月住院病例。
Foreign reports clomipramine intravenous infusion of major depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder onset of rapid onset. The domestic production of clomipramine injection, the purpose of this study is to compare the domestic and imported clomipramine intravenous infusion of depression and anxiety disorders and side effects. Method 1. Inclusion criteria 1) Inpatient cases from February 1995 to January 1996 in line with diagnostic criteria for depression and anxiety in the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria.
