1984年10月至1987年3月,我科对36例重症肺心病心衰患者,在常规治疗不能有效控制心衰时改用酚妥拉明加多巴胺静滴,收到较为满意的效果。
1984 October to 1987 March March, our department of 36 patients with severe heart failure in patients with heart failure, conventional therapy can not effectively control the heart failure to switch to phentolamine plus dopamine intravenous infusion, received more satisfactory results.
