卵巢癌在妇科恶性肿瘤中病死率最高,尽管采用了肿瘤细胞减灭术及包括铂类、泰素在内的化疗方案,但5年生存率依然无明显改善,若癌症一旦扩散,就极难控制与治愈。目前卵巢癌治疗的难题为:诊断明确后仅有少数可完全切除,复发后缺乏有效的治疗方案。卵巢癌的放射免疫治疗是针对以上问题的一个较成功的探索,它是利用抗肿瘤抗体与放射性同位素结合对卵巢癌细胞进行特异性杀灭的治疗技术。本文就卵巢癌的放射免疫治疗的治疗原理、治疗方案作一综述。
