本文报道上海市18所医院1959年1月～1979年10月间收治的前列腺肿瘤253例。其中腺癌为232例,占91.7％。有84例作前列腺活组织检查,阳性者77例(91.7％),认为经直肠穿刺者检查到肿瘤组织的百分率较高。本组手术治疗者125例,女性激素治疗者114例,化疗7例,放射治疗4例。随访94例中,72例已于术后3月至9年内死亡,22例尚存活,其中2年以上者14例,3年、6年,8年各1例。认为应提倡综合治疗。
This article reports 253 cases of prostate tumors in 18 hospitals in Shanghai from January 1959 to October 1979. Of which 232 cases of adenocarcinoma, 91.7%. There were 84 cases of prostate biopsy, positive in 77 cases (91.7%), that the rectal puncture were higher percentage of tumor tissue. The group of 125 patients with surgical treatment, female hormone therapy in 114 cases, 7 cases of chemotherapy, radiation therapy in 4 cases. Among 94 cases, 72 cases died within 3 months to 9 years after operation, and 22 cases survived. Among them, 14 cases were more than 2 years and 1 case was 3 years, 6 years and 8 years respectively. Think that should promote the comprehensive treatment.
