3月2日,温家宝总理签署国务院令,公布了修订后的《危险化学品安全管理条例》,将于2011年12月1日起施行。现行《危险化学品安全管理条例》是2002年3月15日起施行的。近年来,危险化学品安全管理中出现了一些新情况新问题,这次对条例进行修改,就是为了适应这些新情况新问题,更加有效地加强对危险化学品的安全管理。
