利用沥青路面原材料质量指标检测数据,通过单粒级集料加工级配变异性,并用灰色理论分析单粒级级配变异性对合成级配的影响,从而研究原材料质量的变异性及其对沥青混合料路用性能的影响。研究结果表明,可以通过集料加工场地、集料破碎工艺、破碎机产量均衡性、集料加工筛孔配置、除尘设备选用、碎石设备调试等方面加以改进,以减小集料加工变异性、保证沥青混合料的质量稳定性。
