创业工作进社区,是实现全民创业的前提,是扩大就业实现充分就业的基础。近年来,济南市槐荫区劳动和社会保障局结合区委提出的“服务群众年”活动,为解决就业难探索出的创业培训、小额贷款和后续服务“三位一体”的创业模式,正在产生“一人创业带动多人就业”的倍增效应。截至5月底,槐荫区通过这一模式已培养创业带头人400余人,带动900多人就业,促进了全区的就业再就业工作的开展。
