低分子肝素结合硝酸酯类等常规药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛 (ＵＡＰ)能有效地缓解心绞痛 ,但其在改善缺血心肌血流灌注中所起的作用究竟如何 ,能否改善缺血心肌血流灌注 ,本研究采用99ｍＴｃ ＭＩＢＩ心肌灌注显像的方法评价低分子量肝素对ＵＡＰ缺血心肌血流灌注的影响〔1〕。1
