建筑工程进度管理表示方法主要有施工进度计划横道图、网络计划技术。随着建筑工程项目规模及的难度的不断增大,建筑工程进度管理表示方法已经无法适应建筑行业发展步伐。因此,在20世纪50年代末,网络计划技术应运而生,运用网络计划技术可以保证建筑工程项目的按时、按量、按质量完成,并有效的利用了人力、财力、物力等资源,达到了优质、高效、低耗的目标。本文在此主要对其在建筑工程项目进度管理中的应用进行分析。
The construction project progress management representation method mainly includes the construction schedule plan bar diagram and the network planning technology. With the ever-increasing scale and difficulty of construction projects, the construction project schedule management method has been unable to adapt to the development pace of the construction industry. Therefore, at the end of the 1950s, network planning technology came into being. The use of network planning technology can ensure that construction projects are completed on time, by quantity, and quality, and effectively utilize human, financial, and material resources to achieve High quality, high efficiency and low cost. This article mainly analyzes its application in the progress management of construction projects.
