财务管理是医院管理工作的重要组成部分,对医院的经营效益和可持续发展,具有重要的作用。随着医疗改革的不断深化,医院对于财务管理也提出了更高的标准和要求。新形势下,如何提升医院财务管理质量,成为医院实现可持续发展过程中,必须要认真思考和解决的问题。本文在分析医院财务管理中存在的问题基础上,提出了强化医院财务管理质量的对策与建议,以供参考。
Financial management is an important part of the hospital management and plays an important role in the operation efficiency and sustainable development of the hospital. With the continuous deepening of medical reform, hospitals have also set higher standards and requirements for financial management. Under the new situation, how to improve the quality of hospital financial management has become a problem that hospitals must seriously consider and solve in order to achieve sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the hospital financial management, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the quality of hospital financial management for reference.
