肾移植术后出现肝功能衰竭；严重影响患者及移植肾的长期存活。经对11例肾移植术后肝功能衰竭患者的护理，总结了术后对移植肾功能的监测；精神变化及出血倾向的观察，利于及时发现肝昏迷、消化道出血等严重并发症。并对肝功能衰竭进行了分析，认为发病原因与病毒性肝炎、感染及药物性肝损害有关，提出了相应的护理措施，以减少或消除发病诱因。
Liver failure occurs after renal transplantation; it seriously affects the long-term survival of patients and transplant kidneys. After 11 cases of liver failure patients after renal transplantation nursing care, summarizes the postoperative monitoring of renal graft function; mental changes and bleeding tendency observation, which will help timely detection of hepatic coma, gastrointestinal bleeding and other serious complications. And liver failure was analyzed, that the cause of the disease and viral hepatitis, infection and drug-induced liver damage, put forward the corresponding nursing measures to reduce or eliminate the incentive.
