课程周期:8.5周课程描述本课题分为城市设计和建筑设计两个阶段。城市设计的范围为1933老场坊周边地区,虹口港——沙泾港水系在规划范围内经过。老场房周边地区历史上属于上海公共租界,以原工部局宰牲场(1933老场坊)、上海冰厂(牛羊肉公司)等工业厂房为核心,里弄居住和工业生产相混合片区。近年来部分工业已经转型为商业、办公、休闲娱乐等产业。进行在城市设计课程初期,每人在老师提供的参考案例(后附)中选择三个建筑进行描述,
Course duration: 8.5 weeks Course description This topic is divided into two stages of urban design and architectural design. The urban design area is around the 1933 Old Quarter, and the Hongkou-Shajing Harbor Water System goes through the planning area. The surrounding area of the old court house belongs to the Shanghai Public Settlement. It is dominated by industrial plants such as the former headquarters of the Ministry of Industry and Labor (1933 Old Square) and the Shanghai Ice Factory (beef and mutton company). It occupies a mixed area of residential and industrial production. In recent years, some industries have been transformed into commercial, office, leisure and entertainment industries.
