已知输血与免疫抑制有关,并影响伤口愈合,文内实验进一步探讨输血对肠吻合的影响。取120只Lewis成年雄鼠等分成两组(实验Ⅰ和Ⅱ),另取供血鼠Lewis和Brown Norway种各20只(分别为同系和同种鼠)。麻醉下剖腹,在回盲部上方15cm和直肠腹膜反折上方3cm处分别切除回肠和结肠1cm一段,实验Ⅰ组作一层外翻端端吻合,实验Ⅱ组作内翻缝合。每个实验组再分成3组,各20只鼠,术中分别输入3ml盐水(A组)、同系鼠血(B组)和同种鼠血(C组)。术后第3天或7天,在麻醉下再次
It is known that transfusion is associated with immunosuppression and affects wound healing. Intravenous experiments further explore the effect of blood transfusion on intestinal anastomosis. A total of 120 Lewis adult male rats were divided equally into two groups (Experiments I and II), and another 20 Lewis rats and Brown Norway species (the same and the same rats, respectively). Under anesthesia, laparotomy, 15cm above the ileocecal region and 3cm above the rectum peritoneal rectum were resected ileum and colon 1cm section, the experimental group Ⅰ to make a layer of eversion end anastomosis, experimental group Ⅱ for inverted suture.
