作者在有早期肾病表现的高血压２型糖尿病患者,比较研究了血管紧张素Ⅱ1型阻滞药氯沙坦和血管紧张素转移酶抑制药依那普利对尿蛋白排泄(ＵＡＥ)的影响及这种影响与坐位和走动状况下血压(ＡＢＰ)降低的关系,其次是监测降压治疗时的肾小球滤过率(ＧＦＲ),并评价了药物的耐受性和对代谢过程的影响。
The authors compared the effects of losartan, an angiotensin II type 1 inhibitor, and enalapril, an inhibitor of angiotensin transferase, on urinary protein excretion (UAE) in hypertensive type 2 diabetic patients with early renal disease. This effect is related to a decrease in blood pressure (ABP) during sitting and ambulation, followed by monitoring glomerular filtration rate (GFR) during antihypertensive treatment and evaluating drug tolerance and its effect on metabolic processes.
