研究目前微波管的发展趋势是为了确定与管子未来发展紧密相关的最主要的制管工艺技术。对功率——频率极限的研究说明,微波管极限的进一步扩展并不大。毫米波管子跃进的可能性,更多地依赖于新设计概念而不是管子技术。而中功率微波管降低成本及提高可靠性的主要研究方面与管子技术有很大关系。因此,主要工艺技术方面有:(1)冷阴极;(2)铁氧体及半导体在管子中的应用;(3)利用化学蒸发沉积技术研制光刻蝕慢波结构,以及(4)越来越强调的管子损坏的原因。本文介绍了在这些方面的一些新进展并展望了将来的发展。
The current trend of microwave tube research is to determine the most important tube-making technology closely related to the future development of the tube. The study of power-frequency limit shows that the limit of microwave tube is not further expanded. The possibility of millimeter-wave tubes leaping more depends on new design concepts than on pipe technology. The power microwave tube to reduce costs and improve reliability of the main research and pipe technology has a great relationship. Therefore, the major technological aspects are: (1) cold cathode; (2) the application of ferrite and semiconductor in the tube; (3) the development of photolithographic slow wave structure by chemical vapor deposition; and (4) The more stressed the reason for the tube damage. This article presents some new developments in these areas and looks forward to future developments.
