北京市地質局最近在部的具体帮助下,通过总結管理生产的經驗,向直接指揮生产的第一錢于部和技术人員提出了天天“开門不忘十件事”。这十件事是: 检查取得的新成果、新資料,是否进行了整理、計算、对比、編录,是否反映到了图件上,并及时安排新的工作点、孔位、掌子面; 根据作业計划,检查进度、质量的完成情况和措施的执行情况;
