目的:分析与探讨如何提高急诊危重创伤骨科患者院内安全转运率。方法:对医院急诊科在2013年1月~2016年6月的212例危重创伤骨科患者转运情况进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者均安全转运到相关科室。讨论:在JCI标准下,通过从制度的制定与执行、转运人员的培训等各方面,进行规范化、制度化管理,使医院创伤骨科危重患者的院内转运成功率大大提高。
Objective: To analyze and discuss how to improve the hospital safe transfusion rate in emergency critical trauma orthopedic patients. Methods: The hospital emergency department in January 2013 ~ June 2016 212 cases of critical traumatic orthopedic patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All patients were safely transported to the relevant departments. Discussion: Under the JCI standard, the success rate of in-hospital trans-shipment of critically ill traumatic orthopedic patients in hospitals has been greatly improved through standardization and institutionalized management in various aspects such as the formulation and implementation of the system and the training of trans-shipment personnel.
