从目前国内外的经济发展及国家建设大型储备库的情况来看,我国油罐生产的大型化,将成为发展的趋势。大庆南三油库建造的15×104m3储罐采用API650《钢制焊接石油储罐》标准进行设计。在考虑运输能力和施工机具能力的基础上,罐壁采用3m宽的钢板。对于15×104m3这样的大型储罐,其弯曲应力及剪力相当大,有可能超过焊缝及钢板的许用应力而造成破坏,所以还应对其进行受力分析及评定。
From the current domestic and international economic development and the state’s construction of large-scale reserve banks, the large-scale oil tanker production in China will become a trend of development. The 15 × 104m3 storage tank constructed by Daqing Nansan Oil Depot is designed with the API650 “Steel Welding Oil Storage Tank” standard. On the basis of considering the transportation capacity and the capacity of construction machinery, the tank wall is made of 3m wide steel plate. For large storage tanks of 15 × 104m3, the bending stress and shearing force are quite large, which may exceed the permissible stress of the weld seam and the steel plate, so the stress analysis and assessment should also be carried out.
