本文对1991年1月至1997年7月在防城口岸就诊的798例国际海员病例中的162例伤害病例的伤害情况进行了分析。结果显示伤害病例占全部就诊病例的20.30%,平均伤害发生率122.46/10万,其中伤害死亡5例,平均伤害死亡率为3.78/10万元。伤害死亡占入出境海员死亡病例的71.43%,占总伤害病例的3.09%。162个伤害病例全部为男性。伤害状况分为7种,构成比居顺位前5种为:软组织损伤(50.00%)、单纯骨折(14.81%)、开放性骨折(11.11%)、眼外伤(9.26%)和中毒(6.97%);伤害类型共12种,其构成比居顺位前5种是:硬物击(挤压)伤(31.48%)、跌落(跌倒)(24.07%)、碰伤(13.58%)、眼异物致伤(8.03%)和利器刺割伤(6.97%);年龄分布集中在31—40岁年龄组及上下二个年龄组;工种分布以甲板部船员构成最高,占53.09%、其次为轮机部船员40.74%。作者认为国际海员职业安全系数相对较低,应加强安全教育和防范措施,提高自我保护意识并强化伤害救助。
This article analyzes the injury cases of 162 cases of injury among 798 cases of international seafarers visited at Fangcheng Port from January 1991 to July 1997. The results showed that the injury cases accounted for 20.30% of the total cases, the average injury rate was 122.46 / 100000, of which 5 cases of injury and death, the average injury mortality rate was 3.78 / 100000 yuan. Injury deaths accounted for 71.43% of the deaths of seafarers outbound, 3.09% of the total injury cases. All 162 cases of injury were male. The injury status is divided into seven types, which constitute the first five types of diseases: soft tissue injury (50.00%), simple fracture (14.81%), open fracture (11.11%), ocular trauma (9.26% ). There were 12 types of injuries, the top five types of injuries were hard-hit (crush) (31.48%), fall (24.07%), bumps (13.58%), Injury (8.03%) and sharp cut (6.97%); age distribution in the age group of 31-40 years and upper and lower age groups; the distribution of work to the deck deck crew constitute the highest, accounting for 53.09%, followed by the turbine department Crew 40.74%. The author believes that the occupational safety factor of international seafarers is relatively low, safety education and preventive measures should be strengthened, awareness of self-protection should be enhanced, and harm-relief assistance should be strengthened.
