玉米类Pto以及类Pti1基因参与多种逆境胁迫的信号传导。本研究分别将玉米ZmPto基因、ZmPti1a和ZmPti1b基因插入酵母表达载体pEG202和pJG4-5中,利用酵母双杂交的方法验证玉米类Pto以及类Pti1蛋白的相互作用。结果表明,无论是携带空载体还是携带一个(ZmPti1或ZmPto)融合蛋白的菌株都不能激活报告基因,只有同时携带ZmPti1和ZmPto蛋白的菌株可以激活报告基因,初步确定ZmPto蛋白与ZmPti1蛋白存在相互作用。
Maize Pto and Pti1-like genes are involved in signal transduction under various stress conditions. In this study, the maize ZmPto, ZmPti1a and ZmPti1b genes were inserted into the yeast expression vectors pEG202 and pJG4-5, respectively. The yeast two-hybrid method was used to verify the interaction of Pto and Pti1-like proteins. The results showed that neither the vector carrying ZmPti1 nor the ZmPti1 fusion protein could activate the reporter gene. Only the strains carrying ZmPti1 and ZmPto could activate the reporter gene. The interaction between ZmPto1 protein and ZmPti1 protein was preliminarily confirmed .
