本文以部分示范性高职院校教师的问卷调查数据结果为依据,分析了示范性高职院校建设前后高职教师科研素质的变化及存在的问题。调查分析结果表明,建设后高职教师整体科研素质均有一定提升,但提升幅度不大,并且仍存在科研兴趣整体上偏低、科研时间不够、科研方法掌握不熟、处理科研问题方式不妥、科研成果质量和档次不高等问题。因此,示范性高职院校建设过程中应长期重视和支持科研工作的开展,教师自身也要增强科研意识,改进科研方法,加强学习培训,提升科研素质和水平。
Based on the questionnaire data of some demonstration higher vocational college teachers, this paper analyzes the changes of the quality of scientific research teachers and the existing problems before and after the construction of the model higher vocational colleges. The results of investigation and analysis show that the overall quality of teachers in higher vocational education is improved after construction, but the improvement is not large, and there is still a lack of interest in scientific research as a whole, insufficient time for scientific research, improper methods for scientific research, improper handling of scientific research problems , The quality of scientific research and grade is not high and other issues. Therefore, during the construction of demonstration vocational colleges, we should attach importance to and support the development of scientific research for a long time. Teachers themselves should also enhance the awareness of scientific research, improve scientific research methods, enhance learning and training, and improve the quality and level of scientific research.
