报告1983~84年在宁夏固原地区隆德县及银川市银川市区年龄7—21岁1,352名汉族小、中、大学生中进行异常血红蛋白(Hb)调查的结果。检测中发现二例异常 Hb,发生率1.48‰。该两例首证者分别系天津籍和江苏籍定居于宁夏的汉族青年,前者的各类 Hb 含量%构成为HbA39.4%,HbA_22.4%,异常 Hb57.0%,抗硷 Hb(HbF)1.0%,异常带位于 HbA 前方,属 HbJ 组;后者的上述%构成为 HbA80.3%,HbA_21.8%,异常 Hb17.0%,HbF0.9%,异常带位于 HbA 后方,属 HbGD 组。上述 HbJ 首证者亦系宁夏发现的首例快速异常 Hb。
The results of an investigation of abnormal hemoglobin (Hb) in the 1,352 Han minors, middle school students and university students aged from 7 to 21 years in Longde County, Guyuan County, Yinchuan City, and Yinchuan City, Yinchuan City in 1983-84 were reported. Two cases of abnormal Hb were detected during the test, with an incidence of 1.48 ‰. The first two witnesses were from the Han nationality of Ningxia in Tianjin and Jiangsu.
