目的:将唯阴康联合波母光治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效与传统单一物理疗法进行对比。方法:将296例妇产科门诊及妇科普查发现的宫颈糜烂(Ⅰ-Ⅱ度)患者随机分为2组,每组148例,患者年龄在19-57岁之间,盆腔检查均正常。对这两组患者分别应用唯阴康联合波母光与传统单一物理疗法进行治疗。的患者,其疗程为一个月,病情严重的患者可配合使用中药散剂治糜散。结果:应用唯阴康联合波母光进行治疗的患者,其疗程为一个月时,总有效率为98.65%,疗程为两个月时,总有效率可达100.00%。应用传统单一物理疗法进行治疗的患者,其治疗为一个月时,总有效率为45.95%,疗程为两个月时,总有效率为83.78%。结论:用唯阴康联合波母光治疗宫颈糜烂,其疗效要远远好于传统单一的物理疗法,应在临床上广泛推广。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the curative effect of Weiyangkang with Acupoint on cervical erosion with traditional single physical therapy. Methods: A total of 296 patients with cervical erosion (Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree) from outpatients and gynecological clinics were randomly divided into two groups (148 cases each). The patients were between 19-57 years old and the pelvic examination was normal. The two groups of patients were treated with the combination of Wynnum and traditional single physical therapy. Of patients, the course of treatment for one month, patients with severe disease can be used with traditional Chinese medicine powder Xi Mi. Results: The patients who treated with Weiyin Kang combined with waveguiding light had a total effective rate of 98.65% at one month’s treatment. The total effective rate was 100.00% at two months. Patients treated with traditional single physical therapy, the treatment of one month, the total effective rate was 45.95%, two-month course of treatment, the total effective rate was 83.78%. Conclusion: Weiyin Kang combined wave mother light treatment of cervical erosion, its efficacy is much better than the traditional single physical therapy should be widely promoted in the clinic.
